Defining User Goals

Paper Prototyping

Digital Wireframes
I went on to create my own digital wireframes of the few screens that we designed and made some improvements while I was at it. The digital prototype above is the end result.
Issues from Prototype

Lessons Learnt
-
Paper prototyping can be a good low-fidelity method to rapidly prototype a product
-
However, accuracy is lost as the importance of units/measurements is of less concern
-
-
Learning how to write user goals which help steer the design of the product
-
Learning how to conduct more in-depth user testing and interviews
-
How to make participants feel at ease when they are called up for interviews after testing our paper-prototype at different phases
-
What questions should or should not be asked? And why?
-
Ask open-ended questions to understand more about user's thought process
-
Ask a more specific question when trying to ask about a targeted issue
